Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026.

This policy covers paid access to RA Study Room. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal; requesting a refund asks for money already paid to be returned. These are separate actions.

Plans at a Glance

Monthly membership: $59 USD per month. Automatically renews each month until canceled.
Three-month access: $129 USD. One payment for three calendar months; no automatic renewal.
Six-month access: $199 USD. One payment for six calendar months; no automatic renewal.

Individual Review of Refund Requests

All refund requests are reviewed individually, including requests relating to an initial purchase, a subscription renewal, or a repeat purchase. There is no standard guaranteed refund window. We consider the circumstances of each request, including duplicate charges, access that was not delivered, material technical problems, and other concerns you describe.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. We will communicate the outcome after reviewing your request. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other remedy required by applicable law. A refund is not automatically issued simply because you stop using the site or cancel future renewal.

Canceling Monthly Renewal

Open My Account, choose Manage Billing or Cancel Renewal, and complete the cancellation steps in the billing portal. Check the confirmation and effective end date. Cancel before your next renewal to prevent that charge. With cancellation scheduled for the end of the paid period, access continues until that period ends. If the portal is unavailable, email contact@RAStudyRoom.com for assistance.

Three- and Six-Month Passes

These passes do not automatically renew and need no renewal cancellation. Access lasts for the purchased number of calendar months beginning when payment succeeds. Contact us if you want to request a refund; ending use early does not itself trigger a prorated refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@RAStudyRoom.com with the subject Refund Request. Include your sign-in email, purchase date, plan, receipt or transaction reference if available, and a brief explanation. Do not send full card numbers or passwords. We will review the request and communicate the outcome; do not assume the subscription is canceled until you receive confirmation.

Approved refunds are submitted through Stripe to the original payment method where supported. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. We will confirm the refund and the effect on membership access. Partial refunds preserve access through the original paid access period. A full refund ends access associated with that payment; a separate valid membership or complimentary grant may still provide access. Payment disputes or reversals may also affect access. Refunding a payment and stopping future renewal are separate billing actions that we will address as applicable.

Complimentary Access and Questions

Complimentary access has no purchase amount to refund and ends according to its assigned access dates. Contact contact@RAStudyRoom.com with billing or access questions.
