Terms of Use

Effective date: October 22, 2026.

These terms describe use of RA Study Room, operated by Chris Young. Review them and the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing access. Contact contact@RAStudyRoom.com if you have questions.

Educational Purpose

RA Study Room offers independent Radiologist Assistant board preparation and clinical knowledge review. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by ARRT, UNC, or OpenAI. Creator credentials and prior examination-related service do not imply organizational endorsement or access to confidential examination questions. Practice questions are educational content, not representations of actual examination items.

Content does not replace current authoritative references, professional judgment, institutional protocols, or supervised training. It is not patient-specific medical advice. We do not guarantee an examination score, passing result, credential, or clinical outcome. Site use does not award accredited continuing-education credit unless a particular offering explicitly states otherwise. Teaching images may include synthetic images and illustrations.

Accounts and Personal Access

A ChatGPT account is required to sign in; creating an account is free. Use the same account for purchasing and studying. A membership is for one person's use. Do not share account credentials, resell access, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service. Keep patient-identifying and other confidential clinical information out of notes, responses, and support messages.

Plans and Billing

Monthly membership: $59 USD per month. Automatically renews each month until canceled.
Three-month access: $129 USD. One payment for three calendar months; no automatic renewal.
Six-month access: $199 USD. One payment for six calendar months; no automatic renewal.

Paid access begins after successful payment is verified. Fixed-term passes run from the successful payment date, not your first study session. Access dates are displayed in My Account. Payment confirmation can take a short time to process; contact us if access does not appear after payment.

Cancel monthly renewal through My Account using Manage Billing or Cancel Renewal. Cancellation of future renewal normally leaves access available through the paid period. A failed renewal can interrupt access. Fixed-term passes require a new purchase to continue after expiration. Complimentary access follows the dates provided to you and does not automatically convert into paid membership.

The checkout total and billing schedule are displayed before payment. Refund conditions are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds or reversed payments can end access associated with that payment. Contact us before purchasing overlapping access; do not assume a new purchase extends an existing term.

Use of Content

You receive permission to view and interact with the content for your own study during authorized access. Download your own progress using the provided tool. Membership does not transfer ownership of the site's content, code, or branding. Do not redistribute, sell, publish, or systematically extract site content without permission, except as applicable law or an identified third-party license permits. Rights in third-party references and materials remain with their respective owners.

Availability, Corrections, and Account Restrictions

We may update content and features and perform maintenance. Continuous availability and error-free content cannot be guaranteed. Report errors through the site's problem-reporting links or contact@RAStudyRoom.com. Access may be restricted to address misuse, unauthorized access, or a security issue. Contact us to resolve a restriction or a material service problem; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Updates and Your Rights

We will identify revisions by their effective date and give additional notice where required. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions about access or these terms can be sent to contact@RAStudyRoom.com.
